CuttingEdge also acts as a delegate for employees looking for new opportunities. Our career strategists meet with candidates and listen to what they require in a new position. We then uncover positions that meet their designated parameters. Similar to a talent agent, we find out what is important to each candidate (location, wages, advancement opportunities, benefits, etc.) and identify positions for them with the right employers.
