Once an employer chooses to turn to a recruiter to support their hiring inititiatives, CuttingEdge will need to uncover the traits and skill sets needed for the candidate to add value to succeed in your organization.
CuttingEdge offers three fee arrangements allowing your firm to determine what works best for you.
1. Retained Search - This type of search requires an (up-front fee) for the purpose of conducting a specific search for a company officer or other senior executive position. Generally, employers pay a retainer for positions that pay upwards of 100,000 +. A retained search is to pay for the time, effort and expertise of the search practice. CuttingEdge suggests a retained arrangement for high profile and or extremely confidential searches to expedite the process and to allow for proper resource allocation.
2. Contingency Search - A contingency search simply means that the employer pays the recruiter only if the company chooses to hire an individual from the recruitment/executive search practice they have called upon to help them in their effort to identify a candidate for an open position.
3. Outsourced Search Team- An outsourced search team is a chosen option when and if a company would like to have on site support at their firm to help with a search. CuttingEdge will assign an associate to work as an extension of the client's Human Resource department at an hourly rate. The associate will complement internal capabilities and expedite the qualifying of those candidates who have applied directly to the organization. Our associate develops a strong relationship with each client to help them maximize recruitment efforts through an in-depth undertstanding of their needs.
