Betsi has honed her skills and talent into a recruiting science. She is a top-notch leader, coach, mentor and strategist. Additionally, it is Betsi's goal to empower her candidate's with career success through strategic planning, interview technique and excellent job opportunities in the online space.
Betsi oversees the entire company's success from branding and marketing to hiring a select staff of Career Strategists specializing in the interactive arena. Betsi's mission is to provide start ups and established corporations with top talent in sales, marketing, account management, project management, and more.
Based on Betsi's proven track record, she brings in new clients by instilling vision backed into metrics to create repeat business. Betsi handles initial client concerns by turning uncertainties into value and by always focusing on managing client expectations. Betsi accomplishes all this by knowing both the objectives of Executive Management and her role towards contributing toward these objectives.

Erika Hanke, a former Wall Street executive, and Project Manager joined CuttingEdge in 2005. Her committment, dedication and positive attitude made Erika a valuable asset to CuttingEdge. She has played an integral role in the growth of our boutique executive practice.
